Great points and I can vouch for it. I’m in a unique situation where I work both as an in-house designer and kind of a freelance designer (I have my own clients) for the company I’m at. I deal with both sides, frustrations and pluses everyday. You said it, take advantage of the situations you are in. Learn what you can.
