I think that if we are not careful we can rely too much on what we &quot;know&quot; and we short the client by not looking through their eyes, and helping them convey their message.

		<description>Amen on the wife thing brother. I can never understand why my wife sacrifices comfort for looks when it comes to shoes, but when I comment how nice some lingerie looks when we are in VS, she&#039;d tell me those are extremely uncomfortable to wear. go figure... i can&#039;t win :)

Back to topic, I agree the visual needs to convey the message or the theme of the intention of the site. I&#039;m working on the re-design if a fed gov agency site now, and a lot of the visual elements I use are different from what I&#039;d normal use for other type of sites.</description>
